Preparing for Winter Sport for Parents and Boys

About
At this workshop for all Year 7 and 8 Boys and Parents, you will learn about the links between sport and academic engagement, the latest APS concussion protocols and how you can best support your son in sport.
We will also provide information and strategies to ensure your son’s nutrition, training and recovery routines are as good as they can be to ensure optimum performance and health. Boys will attend straight after their sport training.
The presentation will be followed by a sausage sizzle.
