Our Winter Mini Retreat creates the space for you to replenish and restore vitality for the winter months. Take a Saturday afternoon just for you to recharge and nourish.Winter is a time for rest and containment. The earth is still and quiet, and everything naturally turns inward. It is a perfect time of the year to put some energy into our reserves through a nourishing yoga practice.
Connect with likeminded yogis at the calm and peaceful setting of Tara Meditation Centre in Bunbury.

~ Gentle Hatha Yoga
~ Yin/Restorative Yoga
~ Pranayama (breathing practices)
~ Mantra chanting
~ Yoga Nidra with soothing sounds
