Black Forest gateau - come and celebrate with me!
Celebrations of important life events, such as birthdays or weddings, in my family would not be complete without this centre piece: a Black Forest gateau!
Come and celebrate two big milestones, my 100th baking class and my 60th birthday, with me by creating your own authentic Black Forest gateau! And did I say that it is also GLUTEN-FREE? It is!!!
We will also share a light lunch during the class (a cheese and fruit platter), and, perhaps, a celebratory glass of bubbles, and you will, of course, take your creation home, so you can share it with your family or friends.
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate the recipe at home. I also keep this class very small (with a max of 4 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.
The duration of the class is approx 4 - 4 1/2 hours. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those seeking to expand their repertoire.
