Join us for a morning of learning about, promoting and celebrating women's health and wellbeing.To coincide with Mother's Day, International Day of the Midwife and the launch of Wise & Well Midwifery, we are hosting a women's health event at Flex & Stretch Pilates and Fitness.
The morning will consist of reformer and mat Pilates, yoga, meditation and a nutrition seminar. The event is open to anyone to attend and all exercises will be pre & postnatal friendly.
15% of all ticket sales will be forwarded to Olivia's Place, supporting Gippsland families.
