This Winter Solstice, you are invited to retreat for the day in beautiful Meeniyan.One of our favourite times to bring women together- to offer a day of spaciousness, reflection, movement, embodiment, contemplation, nourishing food and women’s time.
The energy of winter can be viewed as an ending, a void and a new beginning- there is increasing darkness, the darkest point and then a shift toward increasing light.
Over the day, you will journey through all things yoga that we love and embody as together, we turn toward the light: powerful breathwork, asana, embodied dance, storytelling, women’s circle and meditation.
Be guided through the exploration of the relationship between Power and Grace, through the Winter forces of Fire and Water. Of how opposing forces work together inward, to bring love and light outward.
Included: Nourishing warm lunch, treats and chai.
