This one day workshop explores the DISC Advanced Behavioural Styles framework, how it can help people understand their behaviour in the workplace and other settings. and how they can communicate and work better with others. The workshop is designed for people in church-related leadership roles but is also more widely applicable. The fee includes includes completion of the online DISC Advanced Behavioural Styles Assessment prior to the workshop.The workshop includes
• Developing an understanding of different individual behavioural styles
• Identifying your own style
• Understanding other’s styles and how they interrelate with yours
• How to identify the behavioural styles of other people
• Improved communication and understanding
• Developing practical steps for interacting and working better with others
