Join us for an engaging talk and demonstration with Amy Sloan, of My Nonna Life, where you'll learn about "All Things Citrus":• Citrus Varieties: Discover the fascinating world of citrus, with a special focus on varieties that thrive in Perth and their unique culinary and household applications.
• Citrus Tree Care: Learn how to care for new citrus trees or established ones - from position, planting, pruning and pest management.
• Citrus Preserving: Get inspired with a range of ideas to preserve your citrus bounty, ensuring you can enjoy the vibrant flavours long after the harvest.
During this event, you'll watch step-by-step demonstrations on how to make an array of citrus preserves and also receive a detailed handout to guide you through the processes at home. Enjoy a delicious morning tea where you will have the chance to see and taste the finished products.
