Join your fellow parents and Clinical Psychologist, Professor Sophie Havighurst for an in-depth discussion about how to support positive mental health in our children.
As program specialist for Tuning into Kids, an evidence based, emotion-focused group parenting program, Professor Havighurst will help improve communication with your children, develop stronger relationships and guide optimal responses to their emotions.
We will begin the evening with a light supper where you’ll have the opportunity to meet other parents and share your stories.
