Join Us for an Afternoon of Professional Development with Sara Tattoli, Managing Director, Erina & Tuggerah Swim Centres, 5 Start Swim Schools.Coming from a competitive swimming background at the age of 16 Sara fell into the aquatics industry looking for a part time job while she finished school. Starting out as a learn to swim and babies teacher she quickly found a love and passion for the industry and moved into junior coaching and eventually management.
Today, Sara is a proud owner and director of the 5 Star Swim Schools group and is overseeing a growing team of 50 employees between two centres as an area director.
Sara is active in all areas of learn to swim and is dedicated to staff training and professional development in all aspects of the business developing many in house staff training packages. Sara now dedicates her time to mentoring and nurturing the next generation of industry leaders.
