Want to grow a garden? It starts with the soil. Feed your soil and feed your plants. This workshop will show you what to do with what you’ve got – sand, clay, on a hill, in a bog. Discuss types of soils and indicators of soil health. Go through basic testing methods and practical ways to improve the health of the soil.
Measure the pH, discuss switching to organics and reading your landscape. Bring your own samples for analysis.
