About
The evening kicks off from 6pm with mulled wine on arrival, followed by a two course set Christmas menu (main & dessert)! Enjoy acoustic music by Sydney based duo Blain & Courtney over dinner, including some of your favourite Christmas carols from 6-9pm. Then dance the night away in the Scots Bar with DJ Dino from 9-11pm. There may even be a special guest appearance from the big man himself!MENU
Mains (table share):
Slow braised Junee lamb shoulder with rosemary jus
Roasted turkey with cranberry sauce
Sides (table share):
Crispy potatoes, garlic oil & rosemary
Roasted winter vegetables, rosemary & marjoram
Peas, feta, mint & sumac
Mixed grains, pomegranate, almonds & coriander
Dessert (individually plated):
Traditional Christmas pudding with Chantilly cream & brandy custard
Table seating will be long communal tables, please advise any group seating requests when booking tickets.
Ticket sales close Friday 18 July at 12noon unless sold out prior.
