Experience the beautiful fusion of Ecotherapy & Sound; a guided walk in nature, with forest bathing & meditations, and a sound healing in a stunning geodome.This very special iteration of Sound Medicine Hikes is designed to offer you an experience of connecting with nature during a gentle walk through a gorgeous property in the Yarra Valley; and then the sound healing will take place in a warm and cosy geodome. During our walk, you'll learn about forest bathing, and you will also hear plants sing with plant music.
You'll need: closed shoes suitable for wet weather, jacket and umbrella. On very rainy days, the walk will be shortened, and the sound healing in the dome will be extended.
Your facilitator, Catherine Marty (Dare to Change Therapies) is a trauma-informed counsellor, sound healer, ecotherapist, and a Parks Victoria licenced tour operator, and is passionate about using her experience as a facilitator and hiker to share her love of connecting to nature and healing.
