St Joseph's Primary School Parents and Friends, invite all students to the St Joseph's Galactic Groove Disco 2025.
Come along and join in with the fun and games, music and dancing.

Entry fee includes:
- A fun evening of dancing to the tunes of DJ BOOM
- Fluro sticker and glow sticks
- A small fairy floss snack.

There will also be a quiet area for those who want to party with a little less noise.

Children are invited to dress in their best space/galaxy/alien costume if they like - or just come dressed for some fun! (No pressure to dress up.)

We will have a special 'space' for parents to take a photo before the little groovers head in to the disco.

Children to bring their named drink bottle (there will be no other drinks available).

TIME:
Junior disco: Foundation to Grade 2, 5 - 6pm
Senior disco: Grade 3 to Grade 6, 6.30 - 8pm

IMPORTANT PARENT INFORMATION:
Please note, as this disco is a P&F Committee run event, St Joseph’s teaching staff will not be on duty, although some may be in attendance. For Child Safety reasons, all students MUST be escorted to and collected from the disco by an adult. All students MUST be signed in by an adult on arrival. Volunteer parents will supervise all sessions and a First Aid Officer will be assigned for each session. Students will be expected to remain in the hall for the duration of the disco and to follow the instructions of the supervising adults. If your child may experience anxiety with the dark, loud music or disco lights, and you would like your child to attend, a parent is welcome to remain for the duration of the disco. We ask that if this applies to you, please provide a copy of your Working with Children’s Check card to the office.

Drop Off:
Entry and sign in area for both sessions is via the main entry into St Joseph's School hall.

Pick Up:
At the conclusion of Session 1 disco at 6pm (Foundation to Year 2) the students MUST be signed out from the multipurpose room area. (Follow the signs)
At the conclusion of Session 2 disco at 8pm (Year 3 - Year 6)  the students MUST be signed out from the hall. Please arrive promptly for pick up.

A gentle reminder that this event is for students enrolled at St Joseph's School Warragul ONLY, no other children (including young siblings) will be permitted entry.
