Markets and film festivals are beasts in their own right. Often sprawling across multiple locations, teeming with people you should meet, 15-minute meetings, and filmmaker upon filmmaker trying to get the attention of anybody and everybody.Before that though, there’s a lot of preparation that needs to be done in researching festival tastes, the people behind them, and materials you may need to give yourself the best chance in fighting your way to the top - or close to it. In this session, we’ll here from filmmakers who’ve had the experience and whose opinions can provide a shortcut through the jungle.
