About
Patisserie classes with former pastry chef of Ottolenghi in London.We are running 2 classes on Sunday the 22nd of June!
White chocolate and raspberry choux buns (10am-12pm)
Chocolate guinness cake with baileys cream and chocolate ganache (1pm-3pm)
Each class is $100 per person. You will get to make these beautiful baked goods from scratch and of course take home what you bake! Come along to share a couple of hours on a Sunday with other lovely bakers!
All money raised will go towards supporting MEDA’s advocacy programs and ensuring the rights of people with disability are promoted and protected
