Chef Tim Austin has created a 5-course 'Menu di Artusi,' inspired by the legendary Pellegrino Artusi, the father of modern Italian cuisine. With each dish designed to be paired with Bindi Wines, true royalty of the Macedon Ranges, it’s the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a feast fit for a king.
The feast is just $80 per person, with optional wine pairings or selections available by the glass.
