As you would have likely heard already, former Principal George Wood sadly passed away recently. His funeral is going to be held this Friday in Mount Martha. As such, Dr Mark Merry sends his sincerest apologies as he will no longer be able to attend the luncheon as he will be taking a number of students and staff to attend the funeral and prepare them to form a guard of honour.
We will still bring a card on behalf of Yarra Past Parents for Dr Merry’s retirement, for those of you that would like to sign it.
Andrew Lawrence, Dean of Studies, and his wife Margaret (also fellow Yarra Past Parents!) will attend the luncheon on Dr Merry’s behalf to also give an update from the School.
