X-Yachts Aurum Cup Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday 21 June commencing at 6pm in the MHYC Harbourview Room to conclude the regatta.Main Menu:
• Grilled fish of the day, lemon roasted potatoes, wilted English spinach and burnt butter
• Roasted beef fillet with thyme galette, buttered asparagus and red wine glaze
• Roasted Sweet Potato Risotto with White Beans, Rosemary & Toasted Almonds (veg)
• Fresh bread rolls & butter
• Table salads to share
Dessert:
• Individual pavlova with whipped cream and seasonal fruit
The charge is $115pp. Please book and pay online to confirm your place.
