Enjoy a house beer on arrival followed by 150ml each of Clout Stout 2011 (10.79% abv) and 2012 (11% abv) during the tasting. The Clout Stout glasses will be paired with carefully selected cheeses. We suggest that you do come a little earlier and have dinner with us, as the accompanying cheese will be enjoyed as a match for the beers, rather than act as a substantial meal. Clout Stout was an Russian Imperial Stout annual release from Nail Brewing in Western Australia. It had quite a cult following in the day and these bottles have been carefully cellared since their release.
