Children will learn about connections between our mind, body and breath in a fun way whilst building body awareness, confidence and self-esteem.
Yoga helps kids:
- Physically through building strength, balance, coordination and flexibility
- Emotionally through introducing breath awareness in a fun way to calm the body and mind
- Builds social skills and a sense of belonging with group activities and learning to interact with others
- Builds confidence trying new skills, body awareness and a positive self-image
10 WEEK PROGRAM RUNS TUESDAY OR THURSDAY MORNINGS WK 1-10
