So often, we search for belonging in others, unaware that the deepest homecoming is within. In this session, we explore what it means to reconnect to the self — not the self shaped by expectations or roles, but the raw, real, rhythmic inner being that has always been there.You’ll be guided through meditation, reflective writing, and gentle self-inquiry to meet yourself with softness, to listen without fixing, and to remember the truth of who you are without needing external validation.

identity, self-abandonment, internalised expectations, and inner voice
