Join Gyani to experience pranayama (yogic breathing practices) to revitalise, rebalance, and calm body and mind.Pranayama are the ancient yogic breathing techniques to consciously control the flow of breath to improve physical and mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance the flow of energy in the body.
The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, leaving you feeling calm, restored and rejuvenated.
Suitable for all levels - will be either sitting (option to use chair) or laying down.
Please note there are no refunds or transfers - if you can't make it then you can pass on your ticket to a friend/family member.
