Join me for a special evening of breathwork and shamanic meditation. As a group, we will create an intention for connecting more deeply to ourselves and to our hidden gift within our highest potential that is calling to be brought into the world.
Throughout the journey we will use the power of the breath to create an expansive field of awareness so that we may shift the mind, body, emotions, and the soul to that of which is in fullest alignment of who we are becoming.The journey will also include sound such as crystal quartz sound bowls, koshi chimes, rain sticks and drums.
