Demystifying Aged Care and Support at Home

It can be hard to navigate the aged care system and from November 2025 there will be a new Support at Home program and a new Aged Care Act to further confuse matters. This interactive presentation by home care provider Western Suburbs Cares explains who could be eligible for what and how to access it, answering questions to make it easier to understand the supports available.
