This Hatha Yoga practice incorporates asana (physical postures) and pranayam (breathwork), as well as touching on the philosophical framework of yoga.
A fantastic class for those who want to go beyond the poses and discover how the broader practice can relate to one's life.
Expect to be challenged, informed and held.
Expect to leave grounded, connected and inspired.
A 75min dynamic practice. Open to all folk.
Tuesdays @ 6.15 am | Starts 22nd July | 9-week term
We start and finish early in the morning; building heat, strength and focus for the day ahead. Winter is a good time to rekindle the fire of discipline (tapas) and commitment to ourselves.
