Come and try Blind Bowls at Highton Bowls Club adapted for people with vision loss, and open to all ages & abilities trying out lawn bowls with these modifications and supports.Join BSRV, Blind Bowls Victoria, Leisure Networks and Sport 4 All at Highton Bowls club for a friendly, fun and engaging day of lawn bowls.
No experience needed. All welcome. Parent supervision required. This is a Child Safe Event.
Venue host: Highton Bowls Club
The flow of the day:
11:00: Welcome and Introductions
Introduction to Blind Bowls with some education and practice on the green
11:45 am: Break for Tea and Coffee
12:00 pm: Play on the Highton Bowling Club middle green (or indoor green if inclement weather)
Around 1:15 pm: BBQ lunch
2 pm: Close
Cost: FREE

Bus 42 towards Deakin University travels from Geelong station 18 stops to St John's Church/Roslyn Rd and walk 240 metres
