Disco Physio is a 45 min class run by Dave Hall (Physiotherapist, Facilitator and Silent Disco host).
The class accommodates any fitness level.
It is a zany blend of fitness, disco vibes, core strength, stretching and fun - all conducted in headphones with music and instruction.
This class started in 2020 and still growing strong!
We have recently moved location to Bell PS in Preston - on the south oval (close to Oakover Rd)
