Biodiversity Awareness & Actions in Early Years Settings
Join Little Green Steps ahead of National Biodiversity month to learn about all thing's biodiversity and how to embed these ideas into your services. This workshop is ideal for all early year's educators looking to explore Biodiversity for children, discuss why it is important and engage with activity ideas and citizen science projects to become involved in. Learn how to include biodiversity into your planning and link to the EYLF and NQS.
Extra Opportunity: Join us at 5:30pm to take a walk through the bushland around Bibra Lake to observe some of the biodiversity of the area and see some activity ideas in action.
*This isn't mandatory and is just an extra activity for those that can come early, the actual workshop begins at 6pm.
