Have you ever felt close to God one week, and far away the next? St Ignatius of Loyola had a name for those shifts—consolation and desolation—and he left us some really practical tools for making sense of them.
This eight-part series for young adults (18–30), led by Fr Robin Koning SJ, is a chance to explore Ignatius’ Rules for the Discernment of Spirits: simple, grounded insights to help you notice what’s going on in your heart and how God might be at work, even in the messier seasons of faith.
Each session includes a short talk, time to reflect, space for discussion, and moments of guided prayer. It’s not about having all the answers—just an honest journey of paying attention to your inner life and learning to respond with faith and freedom.
This is a series, not a drop-in course—each night builds on the last, so we encourage you to come to as many as you can.
