This introduction to Karate program fosters physical fitness, discipline, and social interaction within a safe and supportive environment. It provides an ideal opportunity for to embark on a martial arts journey in a fun and engaging manner.
Note: Wear comfortable clothing, runners and bring a drink bottle.
