The Netball Skills Academy is a dynamic program for players 11-13yrs incorporating essential movement skills (combination footwork, change of direction & change of pace) and the execution and application of core ball skills. Developmental attack skills focus on ways to get free using explosive movement and lead timing whilst defensive skills centre on 1:1 dictating (front on / side on), first ball pressure, intercept technique and hands over ball.Find Your Spark has coached hundreds of players and this Netball Academy will assist more players to make representative and higher selection. This program is designed for players who love their nettie, want to improve and have the desire to progress along the netball pathway. Groups are small allowing for close interaction between player and coach.
