$104 for all 4 classes; $28 per class (space permitting)
In these 4 classes, over the weeks we will practice three 31 minute meditations and one 62 minute meditation.
31 minutes balances all layers of the mind and changes the body rhythms down to a cellular level.
At 62 minutes we start changing the very gray matter of our brains. Our subconscious is moved and cleaned.
Each class, before the meditation we will practice a short kriya (yoga exercise set) to warm up & prepare and a relaxation, so that meditation will come more naturally.
Bring yoga mat, blanket for relaxation/meditation and water.
