This circle is an invitation to slow down, rest & reflect... to meet the quieter parts of yourself whilst sharing in nourishing connection. Through Guided Visualisation, Soulful Journaling prompts, Sharing & Song ~ Together, we will soften into stillness and honour winter’s medicine of inner warmth, wisdom & rest!
