This 6-week series explores how movement becomes more easeful and coordinated when we meet ourselves with kindness rather than correction. Through gentle, floor-based lessons, we slow down, notice what’s present, and respond with curiosity and care.Each session supports letting go of over-effort and exploring new movement with awareness and softness. No experience needed—just a willingness to listen in.
🧘 Thursdays, 7:45–8:30pm AEST (Zoom opens 7:35 to assist with set up)

🧺 Wear comfy clothes; use a mat or blanket and small pillow
