Doors 7:30pm. Show starts 8:00pm
The Maes are celebrating the release of their fourth studio album, Abreast, with a national headline tour, taking in favourite cities and small towns across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. In 2025 alone, they’ve opened for UK folk artist Grace Petrie and performed at the Shetland and Orkney Folk Festivals. The album’s release was marked with a sold-out hometown event, Abreastival, in Castlemaine, Central Victoria.
Renowned for their rich harmonies, captivating storytelling and acoustic prowess on banjo, fiddle, mandolin and guitar, sisters Maggie and Elsie Rigby bring modern folk to life with depth and warmth. Their previous albums have earned them Folk/Roots Album of the Year at the Music Victoria Awards. Internationally celebrated, The Maes have graced stages at Telluride, Edmonton, Woodford and beyond.
