You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly towards others throughout the event. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund. -
Drug and Alcohol Policy
This is a strictly drug and alcohol-free event. You agree not to bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances for the duration of the event. -
Media Consent
You consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event. You grant the organisers full rights to use any resulting images or videos for promotional purposes across digital, print, and social platforms, without compensation or approval rights. -
Health and Safety
You agree to follow all health and safety guidelines communicated by the organisers. If you have any medical conditions, medications, or accessibility needs, you agree to disclose them on the registration form or notify the organisers prior to the event. -
Liability Waiver
While all reasonable precautions will be taken, you acknowledge that participation in this event is at your own risk. The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. -
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or venue where necessary. -
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers.
