Join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration, great company and entertainment at our annual Commodore’s Dinner.
Enjoy a three-course meal, live music from the talented Pina & Co and a special address from our guest speaker Darrel Greig, recent Melbourne to Osaka Two-Handed competitor.
The event proudly supports the Brain Tumour Alliance Australia (BTAA), with a portion of the evening dedicated to raising awareness and funds.

Casarecce Pasta with Spinach & Chicken - short twists of pasta with chicken braised in mascarpone cheese, finished with basil

Cantonese BBQ Beef brisket - served with steamed rice, greens & spring onion
Brasied Pork Shanks - slow braised pork shanks with shiraz served with broccoli & soft potato mash with reduced meat juices.

Hummingbird Cake - a tropical medley of flavours including banana and pineapple, infused with a touch of cinnamon topped with cream cheese icing & finished with sprinkled nuts, banana chips & coconut served with Jamaican rum sauce.

Due to the cost of catering all bookings will be taken as confirmed 72 hours prior to a function and will be invoiced to members accounts accordingly. There will be NO REFUND for non attendance / bookings cancelled after this period.
