Evidence shows animal agriculture is wrecking our planet and the environment, and experts urge people to reduce their consumption of meat and other animal products for a more sustainable food system. However, eating more plant-based can often feel overwhelming or confusing to many.
Plates for Change is an introduction to eating Plant-Based seminar, which will inspire, educate and offer guidance on plant-based diets and their positive health and environmental benefits. The event will dispel common myths and concerns and share resources and participants on how eating Plant-Based doesn’t have to come with sacrificing accessibility, diversity, taste or health. Through discussions with our panel of experts in nutrition, cooking and fitness you will have the opportunity to listen to real people's stories, tips and have your questions answered and leave with useful resources and an increased confidence on how to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet.
