Main - Lamb shanks Mediterranean style with mash & greens OR Maryland with mushroom sauce served with mash & greens
Dessert - Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce & vanilla ice-cream
OR Baked apples with walnuts & raisins with vanilla ice cream

All those who are vegetarian will be having Cauliflower steaks on a couscous salad with a lemon & tahini dressing
