Improving Wellbeing Through Table Tennis

About
Soldier On, in partnership with Table Tennis ACT, invites current and former ADF personnel to join Improved Wellbeing Through Table Tennis. This is a welcoming, inclusive program designed to support physical and mental wellbeing through one of the world’s most accessible and enjoyable sports.
Table tennis is a fun, low-impact sport that supports physical health, mental sharpness, emotional wellbeing, and social connection. It improves coordination, reflexes, and focus while reducing stress and boosting mood. Whether you're playing competitively or just enjoying a casual hit and chat, it's a game for all ages and skill levels - easy to pick up, hard to put down, and a great way to meet people in a friendly, inclusive environment.
What’s Included for Veterans?
- Free 12-month Table Tennis ACT membership
- Free table tennis bat
- Unlimited access to all venues
