Join us for an in conversation event with touring author A L Booth. Alison's newest release Death at Booroomba is an immersive historical murder mystery set on the eve of World War I in coastal New South Wales. This is the eighth novel by A L Booth is who grew up in Australia before moving to live and work in the UK until returning to Australia where she is now based in Canberra as an academic at the Australian National University.Alison will be joined in conversation by Tasmanian author Alan Carter who's recent crime novel Prize Catch explores the dark side of the salmon fishing industry and the toxic culture present in some elements of the Australian Defence Forces.
