The Attack Academy is a dynamic group-based netball fitness and skills program. Players will build on fundamental attack skills, sharpening movement patterns with an emphasis on creating width and depth of leads, and finessing ballwork and decision making to help them be effective and precise on court.Find Your Spark has coached hundreds of players and this Netball Academy will assist more players to make representative and higher selection. This program is designed for players who love their nettie, want to improve and have the desire to progress along the netball pathway. Groups are small allowing for close interaction between player and coach. Each session incorporates and establishes the fundamental skills required to be a highly competitive netballer.
