About
A late-bloomer singer-songwriter superband forged in the cultural hotbeds of Malmsbury and Drummond, this genre-bending group dabbles fearlessly in indie folk, rock, and electronic sounds, using these genre ideas to create something indescribable by the group but accidentally memorable to those that bear witness.Led by Chris Hudson on vocals, keys and guitar and Josh Ellis on vocals and guitar (both known locally as “who’s that guy?”), the band’s lineup is rounded out by the groove styling Steve Myers on bass and human metronome Damien Fletcher on drums.
The Late Entrants, born from finding spare time, backyard jams, and the universal small-town belief that “you should be heard by more than you neighbours,” The group brings heartfelt lyrics, layered instrumentation and the unshakable energy of four blokes who finally figured out what they wanted to be when they grew up.
The show will also feature special guest and local legend Jared Brentnall. Jared is a Melbourne based producer
