Empowered Mobility is rooted in the principles of dynamic mobility and functional movement. Unlike static stretching or traditional strength training, dynamic mobility focuses on active, flowing movements that lubricate the joints, activate the muscles, and encourage the body to move with intention and ease. Throughout the 45 minutes, you’ll experience a blend of mobility drills, bodyweight exercises, and mindful transitions designed to empower every participant to move with greater confidence.Location
