Resilience First Aid Starter Training (RFAST) is a 3-hour workshop is designed to build mental wellness in groups.. As part of completing the certification, you will receive:- 3 hours of training facilitated by Tommy Pulleine
- RFAST Participant Workbook: Summary of the workshop content, space for notes, plus your own Active Strength analysis and personal Resilience Action Plan
- Completion Certificate: Useful as evidence of ongoing professional development marking 2 hours of attended training
