ACA NSW/ACT is pleased to welcome the Government Architect NSW for an exclusive briefing on the newly released NSW Housing Pattern Book – Low-Rise Patterns. This important initiative aims to support the delivery of faster and better-designed housing across New South Wales.The session will provide an overview of how the Pattern Book offers architect-designed housing typologies to streamline the planning process while ensuring design quality. The focus will be on how these patterns can be applied in practice, how they align with existing planning pathways, and what to expect in the upcoming Mid-Rise Patterns, set to be released later this year.
