The GHS & St Hilda's Old Scholars' Association invites you to the annual Country Lunch and tour of the New Norcia Benedictine Abbey buildings.The meeting point will be the carpark outside the visitor centre (which is also the entry to the Museum and Art Gallery) at 10.30am.
The tour starts at 10.45am, followed by midday prayers with the monks, and afterwards lunch in the historic St Ildephonsus' College (without the monks).
Lunch is booked for 12.30pm. After lunch you may like to spend time visiting the Museum, Art Gallery and Gift Shop.
The drive to New Norcia is approximately 1 hour and 50 mins. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a bus service for this event.
Costs:
Tour : $15
Lunch: $35 (3 course monastery meal with a glass of wine).
Combined: $50
Entry to Gallery and Museum: $12.50 (not included in your ticket price).
RSVP by Wednesday 1 October 2025. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund if you are unable to attend after 1 October.
