How will climate change affect us talk at Erina Library

About
Climate change is directly affecting all our lives through floods, heatwaves, droughts and extreme wildfire.Join us for a talk presented by retired lecturer in Restoration Ecology, Dr Neil Davidson who will discuss how burning of fossil fuels to generate electric power, run cars and fuel our industries is warming the Earth.
The presentation ponders the questions of how the extra heat produced is slowing ocean currents, altering weather patterns, melting ice caps and glaciers and driving sea level rise. As well as asking what are governments doing? And what actions we can take to fight against climate change.
