We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Petrykivka art workshops, part of our Independence Day festivities next week!Petrykivka is a traditional Ukrainian decorative painting style that originated in the village of Petrykivka. Celebrated for its vibrant colors and floral motifs, it was inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013.
The workshops will be led by Liza Gunko, a talented Petrykivka artist from Dnipro, now based in Queensland. Liza has run numerous workshops across South East Queensland and is passionate about sharing this beautiful Ukrainian art form.
✨ Translation of some terms (Ukrainian ↔ English) will be available at both sessions.
🎟 Cost: $45 per person (includes light refsheshments)
Workshop is limited to 12 participants, tickets available until sold out.
