Come exactly as you are and join us for a relaxed brunchy lunch in a private space where you can say as much or as little as you like.
Whether you need to debrief your grief, have a cry, share a laugh, or just enjoy some lunch with people who get it, there's no pressure and no filter. The conversation flows freely, and nothing’s off limits. Big feelings, quiet moments, inappropriate jokes... it's all welcome and there is no judgement.
A Meet and Grief support event is more than just covering the cost of a meal.
Your ticket helps to cover:
- Hire of a private room so we can comfortably speak openly and safely.
- Main meal, pastries, fruit and one barista coffee.
- MDA’s service delivery including the design and facilitation of this grief informed, peer support experience.
